Yes we guarantee discount on most training to FULL members see the training pages.

How can you afford to offer discounted training for your small fees?
Because we work for you as a group and negotiate the discount for you simply because you are a large group.

You have so many guys on the site how does a company find me?
Companies can search for specific skills or areas or job title etc. This is why it is important to keep your cv up to date.

I am fairly new in the business how will your site allow companies to hire me?
Companies often need new blood they can search for personnel with less experience, they may pay less of course but they still need to find you.

I am not a Full member yet, I do not wish to use my credit card over the internet, will companies still find me?
Full members get priority in searches done by companies, Only Full members details will be fully accessible by companies. You can pay by using our fax back form or even transferring money direct to our bank, or phone your credit card details through.

What should I put in the summery?
Look at the sample Cv linked to from the main page for a good example of this.

Its great that I can send out many CV's using just one line of text as a hot link but what if a company uses that link 6 months from now will they still find me?
Yes as long as you keep your CV on the site that link will always go to the very latest update of your CV.

If I am away from home and a company wants my cv how do I or my wife tell them where it is?
You can give them your surname, username or hotlink over the phone, fax, e-mail

Can I update my CV from offshore?
Yes if you have internet access yes you can just log in the web site and edit your details. Or if you have a laptop with a Internet connection then you could use EzCv.

Some times you have good jobs posted some times not why?
Most companies do not even need to post a vacancy on the site. They can search the list of personnel and add you to their personnel boxes. They may do this weeks or months before they hire you. They often need to present your details to their major client before using you for a specific job.

Why must I pay for membership?
We have to pay for the hardware and software to run the site, we have to operate professionally and deliver the service. Most importantly though we need to keep out false and malicious entries that would disrupt the service to you. We then negotiate a training discount on your behalf to more than offset the membership fees.

Whats this personnel boxes thing for companies. If a company adds me to their box does that mean no other company can find me?
No. Many companies can add you to their system or personnel boxes for future use. Think of it as taking a Photocopy of your CV many times and putting copies in different folders for possible jobs. Your main version is still available to all other companies.

Ah so what if they have my CV in their boxes and I update my CV?
If you update your CV on line or using EzCv then all CV,s in all or any company box's will instantly be updated. This is because they are the same CV in reality not a copy. They are all links to the same CV.

OK that sound incredible but what if the company had printed out my CV from the web site and I update 6 months later?
Yes that is why we add text to every CV that points to the Internet address link to the latest version of your on line CV. They can then get latest version in seconds.

Do you hire personnel?
We will hire KEY personnel from our members. We will use members to perform independent consultancy and other work not performed by diving and rov companies. If we hire you we will pay your membership fees for a year.

If a company offers me work after finding me from the site do I have to take it?
No it is as always up to you who you work for.
